Torn Space in partnership with the University at Buffalo Art Galleries and the UB School of Architecture and Planning hosts a dinner party and community conversation about how architecture can integrate arts and culture for neighborhood revitalization. The evening will feature a presentation by acclaimed artist Brendan Fernandes with local performers, selected speakers Daniel Shanahan (Torn Space Artistic Director), Christopher Romano (Professor, UB School of Architecture and Planning), a community meal, and a live music set, choreography and collective dance party.  About the Presentation: Brendan’s projects address issues of race, queer culture, migration, protest and other forms of collective movement.
